How to Add AdSense Mobile Page Level Ads in Blogger Blogs

Like we all know, Google has introduced a new ad type called the Page Level Ads for Mobile. This ads are designed specifically for mobile templates optimization and are available in beta stage for webmasters to use on their mobile pages. This means that visitors can only see these ads when they view your website on a mobile phone and they must view the mobile version of your website to see the ads. So, if you want to use the AdSense Page Level Ads for mobile on your website to maximize your AdSense earnings, you must be using a responsive design or have your mobile template turned on.
Features of the Page Level Ads for Mobile
- Shown by AdSense at optimal times to help increase revenue and provide a good user experience
- Don’t count towards your 3 ads per page limit
- Only show on high-end mobile devices
- The Overlay Ads are Limited in number to maintain a good user experience
- Easily dismiss-able by users
- Not intruding and does not hijack the browser page/tab
The Google AdSense Mobile Page Level Ads come in two kinds; The Anchor/Overlay ads and the Vignette Ads.
The Anchor Page Level Ads
As shown on the image above, the Anchor Ads appear on the bottom or top of your mobile device screen.
The Overlay Page Level Ads
As shown above, the Overlay ads show on the full screen of your mobile devices. They do not appear on the arrival to your website, but only show between page views and can easily be dismissed by visitors.

How to Add the AdSense Page Level Ads in Blogger Blogs
You might be asking; why are you making this tutorial only for Blogger blog owners? This is because the method explained by Google on the Adsense page would not work for blogger blogs without a little adjustment to the provided code. You don’t have to worry if you are not a blogger blog owner. You would also be learning how to implement or add the mobile page level ads on you website in this tutorial. Just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login to your Google Adsense Account.
Step 2: Go to the “My Ads” Tab.
Step 3: Select Page Level ads as shown on the image below.
Step 4: Turn on the Page level Ads you prefer to use; Can I turn on both the Anchor and Vignette Page Level ads at the same time?
Step 5: Now, Click on Get Code to produce the ads code.
Step 6: Copy the entire code as shown on the image below and add it within the head section of your website or blog. Search for <head> tag on your blogger template editing page and paste the code you copied immediately below it or Search for </head> tag and paste the code immediately above it.
Save your template and that is it.
Note: The above code is not valid for blogger templates. To make the code work on blogger blogs, edit it as follows:
Replace async with async=’ ‘ and save the template. the final code should be as shown blow;

You may not be seeing the ads every time you view your blog on a mobile device as Google AdSense would only display them at optimal times. To check if you have implemented the code correctly, you have to view your mobile page in the preview mode by visiting: http://YOUR-BLOG-URL#googleads . For example, https://www.howto-do.net#googleads and preview any of the mobile page level ads you have implemented.
